One price for the whole apartment
Prices are per night for the whole apartment and depend on the season and the apartment type. There is no card payment on this website: you send an inquiry, we confirm availability and the exact total within 48 hours, and the booking is confirmed once your 30% deposit reaches us.

Outside the winter season — for nights until 30 Nov 2026 and from 1 Apr 2027 to 30 Nov 2027 — €100 per night; A15, A16 and B23: €150. Prices for winter 2027/28 have not been set yet (on request).

In the price
What is included in the price
The price covers the whole apartment for one night. It includes the following services.
Final cleaning
A full clean of the apartment after you leave is included in the price, with nothing extra to pay.
Bed linen
Fresh bed linen is ready when you arrive. On longer stays we change it every 4 days, or more often if you ask — and if you would rather nobody came into the apartment, just let us know.
Towels
Fresh towels are provided for your whole stay. We change them together with the bed linen, every 4 days or on request.
Extra daily housekeeping
You can also ask us to tidy the apartment during your stay; that service is included in the price.
The price is for accommodation only. Anything not listed here is arranged separately and may carry an extra charge — see the services on site.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and is paid at reception, in convertible marks: 3 KM (≈ €1.53) per person per night for guests aged 12 and over. Children aged 6 to 11 pay 50%, and children under 6 are exempt.

Services and extras
Our guests get 15% off the basic ski package (ski boots, skis and poles). A helmet is always €5 per person per day, with no discount.

Parking
The public car park is 300 m from the buildings — cars cannot drive up to them, and our team carries your luggage by snowmobile. In previous seasons parking cost €8 for 24 hours; you get the ticket at the barrier.
The parking price for the coming season has not been set yet.

There is no card payment on this website. You confirm the booking by paying the deposit after our reply.

You send an inquiry
Choose your dates, apartment and services — you see the estimated total straight away.

We confirm by email
Within 48 hours we confirm availability and the exact total; the payment details for the deposit come in the confirmation or right after it. Until then, we hold the dates for you.

You confirm with a deposit
Your booking is confirmed once the 30% deposit reaches us. The remaining 70% is due no later than 7 days before arrival.

You arrive on Jahorina
Check-in is from 14:00, check-out by 10:00. Our team takes your luggage to the apartment.
