2. What we collect

Only the details you send us yourself:

• through the booking inquiry: first and last name, email, phone, country, dates, number of guests, the chosen apartment and services, and your note;
• through the contact form: name, email, phone (if you enter it) and your message;
• with every form submission we record the IP address, solely to protect against abuse (limiting the number of submissions).

3. Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your inquiry or message, to prepare and confirm your booking, and to organise your stay — for example your arrival and luggage transfer.

4. Do we share it

We do not sell your details or pass them to third parties for marketing. They are stored on the server that runs this website, and emails are sent through our email service.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as needed to reply to your inquiry, handle your booking and stay, and meet legal obligations. Dates held only by an inquiry are released automatically after 48 hours.

6. Cookies

The website uses a single technical cookie (the session) that forms need in order to work securely. We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. Fonts and all website files load from our own server, with no external services.

7. Your rights

At any time you can ask to see your details, to have them corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Just get in touch:
